Been there, done that and got the very expensive T-shirt to prove it. Was it worth it? Yes and no. Yes, I did learn some things but no, it was not worth all that money! I could have just as easily picked up the gist of becoming a property millionaire by putting down a lot less money … in fact by reading this book! But property millionaire workshops are not just about investing in property, they are about achieving goals, becoming financially independent and living the high life, while the money rolls in from those oh-so-fruitful buy to let investments. If only!
